I love this strain. It doesn't require any of the temperature manipulation other strains need to get down to a nice low gravity. I made a Petit Saison with this, and in less than two weeks it dropped from 1.044 to 1.002 at 68°F. It doesn't have all of the spicy flavours that are so wonderful in a Saison, but very very small spice additions can make up for that. I have chosen not to add anything and just enjoy my bone-dry Saison.
