When the box you shipped was unpacked, the labels were found loose in the bottom of the box and the bottles were unidentifiable. Because there was no way to tell which label went to which bottle, your entries were not judged. I know this must be a horribly frustrating thing to find out now, and I’m really sorry about it. I only found out about the problem yesterday when I was processing the Northeast database. I will refund the entry fees you paid; small consolation, I’m sure.

I sent my entries to arrive the first day so that they would have time to settle. They never made a single attempt to contact me about this....I COULD HAVE EASILY FIXED THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!
