Stumbled onto your site downloaded a podcast and can't get enough.
I'm a brew veteran of 12 years and 200+ batches and a former broadcaster (radio and TV). Brew quite frequently because this town (and FL in general) is a craft brew void. There's one brewery here on the east coast and it produces lousy contract beers. Most bars here just stock the tasteless macros. A few have Sam Adams lager. That's it. Cherish the brew culture you have on the left coast!
I have a cheap primitive all-grain setup but churn out some pretty good froth IMHO. All ales, lagers are out of the question unless I invest in some additional refridgeration equipment.
Love your show...professionally produced, very informative, but with the atmosphere of a bunch of guys (and gal...sorry) tipping a few at a brewpub.
