Our club, the Savannah Brewers League, is participating. We're doing an amber ale and are all using the same grain bill but each brewer will be able to use up to 1oz of any hop variety on any hopping schedule. Our homage to the current hop crisis.

I'm doing the Chiswick Bitter clone recipe from beertown.org in honour (notice the "u" I threw in there) of Michael Jackson. I'm shooting for a little higher OG though.

I'm not brewing today, but I did go to my LHBS to pick up some supplies - 10% off everything SCORE! and they had a whole bunch of people hanging in the parking lot brewing or grilling

very tempting to stay but I had my dog in the truck and I had to park down the street because of how overfull it was at the store

it was only until I was 10 miles away I realized 10% off everything means I should have picked up some new kegs
On tap 1: Dry Irish
On tap 2: El Jefeweizen
On tap 3: Vienna
kegged: Rye Amber, Belgian Dark Strong, CYBI Mirror Pond, Irish Red, RIS
lagering: Vienna, Helles, Cream Ale, CAP

I brewed a Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout. It was a great day, about 8 brewers brewing, about 40-50 people standing around, helping out, socializing, drinking, sharing beers. It was a good time.
