I have 10 and selected 10+ because every time NB has their 4-packs on sale for $80, I order another four, so I know I eventually have more than 10.

Crap! I had to get up and go count too. I have 20 five gallon, 2 three gallon, and one 10 gallon. If you want to count CO2 tanks too, I have 2 20's, a 10 and a 5.

You really can't have too many kegs or too much gas.

Last year at this time I had 14 different styles kegged up. I bottled up a few beers at a time for competitions. I also bulk age barleywines, cysers, melomels, and assorted strong beers in kegs.

I hate running out of drinky, so I try to have: 2 kegs in the kegerator, at least 4 kegs full and ready to go, 1 keg of star-san, and 3 kegs for cider/hard lemonade/mead. I would like about 8-12 more for aging.
