Jamil: We know you're reading this. My question is this. If I win a gold medal in this year's nationals in Cincinnati, and I come kneel and do the Sign of the Cross in front of you at your table. Will you bless me back with a Cross?

Just don't do the sign of the "One cup"

The person that is going to beat me this year is probably Kristen England. He is a great brewer and has been edged out just slightly the past few years.
I hope my post helped in some way. If not, please feel free to contact me.

I got a question. This is going to be my first year entering the nationals. I have done pretty decent in a couple local comps and now I'm ready to take on the big boys.

The question is, how many bottles of each brew should I have ready. Assuming I made it to the second round of course. Would it be 3 for the first round, 3 for the second round?

Thanks!
