Dema-Goddess Ale

Tue Oct 09, 2007 4:23 am

In one of my Byo magazines Sam from Dogfish head published a recipe called Dema-Goddess ale and it looks like a money pit. The amount of expensive ingredients and directions to aerate the beer after the massive primary fermentation to start a real secondary fermentation looks scary to me. I wanted to know if anyone in the BN army made this recipe? If so, how did she do?
