It does get a crowd for lunch so reservations likely needed.

Count me and KidHop in for lunch. We did not volunteer for the booth but will gladly mooch off your hard work to organize this. Thanks!

After packing for a ridiculously early flight to Philly tomorrow, I see that I have room some bombers and other odd bottles of M-E-A-D. I'll bring them to the BN booth and pour if there is room. Of course that is if Delta doesn't break them.

The mead is not, however, certified by any governmental agency as healthy...

My son is along for the trip as well and we can pour beer too, if needed.

Did you want us to print out any signage for our beer? There are a few templates on the AHA conference site.

If you want to. We are bringing a dry erase board for everyone to see and I printed out the names of all the beers so that the people pouring know what's what.

I called the bar to try to reserve some tables. They won't take any reservations and he says it's pretty busy Friday lunch.

I'm looking into other options.

Okay. So right next door (to the Marriot) is the Field House. Can't say I've been in there in the last several years, I just remember it being quite big. It used to be Red Bell Brewery and then Dock Street Brewing.

The reviews all say the food is okay which would be about the same as McGillin's.
The beer list is decent (mostly local).

I've got us down for 16 people under the Brewing Network at 12:30pm, Friday.

I'll send a PM to everyone that responded yes. Pass the word if you run into any one.

I'll be at the BNA8 tonight. Running my keg over to the Marriot after work, grab some quick pizza, and then off to World Cafe Live. I've got on a burnt orange plain t-shirt.
