I was hoping to arrive on Monday night, but they were completely booked that night, too.

Is BNA usually before the conference or after? I didn't book a hotel room for Saturday night, but I did for Wednesday night.

Historically, it's been on Wednesday night.

Lowes has a decent rate. Before today I had a room booked there via Priceline just in case. No fee for canceling and "pay when you stay" so maybe you all want to do that now and see what AHA can come up with for a reduced rate.

Courtyard Philadelphia Downtown is close by.
