Co2 level for Jamils Evil Twin

Tue Mar 27, 2012 2:43 pm

Recently brewed 10 G of twin. Since it falls in between styles, american IPA/hoppy red/american brown...what have you. Has anyone got a Co2 level they have used to success? Or know what Jamil reccomends...

Thanks

Based on what I taste out at the local pubs and my kegerator (I know somebody :D ), I'd say the Evil Twin is at about 2.2 to 2.4 volumes.

Tasty
yep, yep, yep, yep

Awesome...i had it set a touch lower but ill ramp it up. We split the batch up on Wyeast 1056 and Wyeast 1968 and they taste delicious. When we tasted the other night my brewing chum was wondering about dry hopping. I know Jamil mentioned some where along the way (Brew Strong or Jamil Show) he dry hopped it but could not recall with what hops...do you have any suggestions/experience?

Thanks.
