Hey, Made my first sour beer this spring using a bucket and oak chips for a barrel and whitelabs sour blend yeast after primary fermentation with wlp001, Question is , I took my first look into the fermenter tonight and there was a white cheesy like foam on top. Is this the pelical ? is this normal or am i screwed ?

It is a normal thing. The Brett produces it to protect the beer from o2
