The Dixie Cup

Did anybody here enter the Dixie Cup comtetition in Houston? How'd you do? This was my first competition and overall I was pleased with the results.

I was a little disappointed with my low APA score, but I saved one bottle of each beer to taste and compare.

Here are my scores. No winners, but my Oktoberfest made it to the medal round.

Oktoberfest 33 & 36
IIPA 27 & 29
Brown Porter 26, 29 & 32
APA 19 & 16
Blonde 35 & 38

I did as well, don't have my score sheets on me though. Of my 5 beers, one made it to the medal round as well. (I believe these are the scores I got)

I sent in:
Witbier - (Medal round) Score was only high 20's...29 I think.
Cream Ale - 30 (This one had great reviews/comments...quite happy with it and my witbier!)
Rauchbier - 19/18 (Ugh! First try at a Lager, kind of effed it up!)
APA - 25
Honey Wheat - 19/20 (Not too great...didn't like the beer too much myself, but it was for somenoe else predominantly)
