I just poured my first pint from the Green Flash that was brewed just over 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ferment, 7-10 days in keg with gelatin and it is perfect.
So I'd have to say yes. Maybe because it's carbing at a colder temp ( 40F ) rather than having to leave it at 65-70F to carbonate in the bottle. Please clearing with the gelatin probably helps too.
