Sam Adams Triple Bock

Tue May 19, 2009 8:29 am

I was taking that one beer IQ quiz and was reminded of SA Triple Bock. Forgive me if there's already been a thread, but I'm curious if anyone likes it. I've tasted it once or twice, and could barely keep it down. Curious about whether or not I happened to have a bad bottle or if it was an age thing?
Cheers,

I have 3 bottles of it from 2 of the releases. Never have even tasted it. I guess I should sometime.

i had a bottle of the 97 maybe? it was delicious. but two of the five people i tried it with didnt like it. i have read some reviews of this and it kinda makes me think either you love it or hate it.
Cheers!

Had it when it first came out. It was really sweet then, and I imagine it would just get sweeter. Not a fan.

I had it once, it was at least 5 years old.
It was good, but a little sweet for my taste.

Maybe I'll open one up tonight. I am more curious now about the brew than when I got the bottles
