Hey BN Army-
So I brewed an AG batch of ESB last weekend and feel the stars aligned. 80% efficency, hit all the numbers right and the wort came out like gold. The yeast has had my fermenter bubbling for 3 days staright and its starting to die down now. It's in a bucket now and I'm thinking of putting it in a keg this weekend and let it age a couple of weeks if its in the ball park of the desired final gravity. I usually throw it in a secondary but I'm thinking screw it. It'll just add a step which could mess it up. Any thoughts?
