I'm an Ass

I think I owe everyone who was in the chat for the lunch meet show the other day an apology. I’ve had a lot going on at home lately and been really stressed out. I’m not trying to make an excuse for my behavior, just stating facts. Natty I’m especially sorry for how that had to sound to you. I let something that would normally not bother me at all enraged me and that’s stupid. I took a little time away from you guys to evaluate why I acted like such a dick. Just stressed I guess. Or maybe I’m just a jerk. Hell I don’t know. Anyway I still love you guys.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

Travis...I don't know exactly what happened in the chat room, just what was relayed to me during the show, but i personally didn't take any offense whatsover. I actually didn't take any of it seriously. We all dish around so much shit here that I figured there was no way any of that could be serious. So for that, I don't think you have to apoligize at all.

The other part I think is that I'm real sorry you had been having a rough week. I know you well enough, around here anyway, to know that you must be real stressed to let any of that shit get to you. Further, our job here (on the Friday Show in particular) is to give you guys a break from that shit. And if Lunch Meet last Friday did the opposite of that, then I owe YOU an apology my friend. JP and my whole philosophy with that show is to relax and have some laughs, act a little stupid (ok alot stupid), and shake off the week. If that means we take 99% of the ribbing and make a good time out of it...then I am more than happy to do just that ( i know that's not what you would ask for...I'm just saying). So my apologies for not lightening the load and instead stirring the pot. And that goes out to anyone whom our jokes last Friday left more stressed and less entertained!

I'm pretty sure that the show we're planning for this Friday will be more effective in the relaxation department...I'll post about that soon.

Anyway...godd to have you back Lufah

ps. you're all still a bunch of pussies though

I agree, you are a dick.

And a jerk.

Seriously, Lufah, you are a good dude, everyone gets stressed out. Send me beers and all is forgiven.

I missed the show, sorry I did. It sounds like a good time.

I don't even know you that well.....

But I DO know that whatever you might have said would not alienate you from our great community. I've seen you post around A LOT. I've also been in chats where you were present and seem like a great guy.

TO THE COMMUNITY: I've sinned. I have not been present for the last few broadcasts, but I've got a good excuse (I think). I've been on Akutan Island in the Aleutian Islands in Alaska. Further, our Internet connection was very slow and VERY lagged (it's over a satellite dish, so that immediately puts rount-time trips for packets around the 4 second area).

Anyway, I'm back in Anchorage, and within a few days will be in Denver, Colorado -- Either way I'll be tuning into the show on Sunday, at least for a little while...... if my wife lets me.

THEN, I'll finally be able to purchase my beer-making supplies and DO THIS THING!!!

Cheers all
