hey, thanks everyone. i hadn't checked this thread in a while and thought it was dead, but i see that i got more response than i anticipated.

i have been by homebrewHQ a few times and really like them.

thanks for the read chuli. i will go through it in more detail when i'm not working.

and as far as JP goes, that guy can just go suck down a bud light. us texas brewers are taking over and there is nothing he can do about it!
