it is a kitchen strainer that i bought from the $dollar store$. i bought 4 and pulled the screen out of 3 of them. I then doubled up the top screen and I just sqeeze the bottom ones in and slide the whole thing onto the coupling in my boil kettle. My first batch was a oat stout with only 2oz of bittering hops (pellet) and worked well but I will brew a double IPA in the future to really put it to the test.
