I have only brewed 4 times a red, porter, lemon coriander weis, and an oatmeal stout. I have only brewed extracts but, I am thinking of going all grain. I live in Tennessee. But, I am from Montana. Glad to be aboard this forum and I was impressed people replied to my post. Thank you. I am drinking the lemon now. Chat with you all later.
