Still, it is well worth the trip if you go far enough north to actually see it. It's really strange, almost a little erie the first time, but wonderful. A good time for trying Nøgne Ø Dark Horizon (16% imperial coffee stout, gold medal recipient at the World Beer Cup this year). When are you coming to Norway?

MMmm...i've got 4 bottles of Dark Horizon 1st edition......you and I are the only ones that know about it. Most beers aren't sought after by BNers until they are talked about on the show.

It's lovely. I actually have four bottles myself. Tasted it last weekend, and it's developing really nicely. I'm visiting the brewery the coming Friday, and they have a second edition of the beer on the way, so it'll be interesting to see what they have to say about it.

Welcome.

I work for a company out of Norway. Sometimes they will come over to the states for a visit. Fun people.

Welcome!

That Dark Horizon sounds incredible. I'd be curious to hear the BN-ers review a bottle on air.
