7lb Dry Wheat malt extract

.5oz centennial 9.3% AA Whole leaf @60 min
1.0oz centennial 9.3% AA Whole leaf @10 min
1.0oz liberty 4.4% AA Whole leaf @ 5 min
1.0oz liberty 4.4% AA Whole leaf @ 0 min

Wirlfloc tablet @ 20 min

2L wlp001 starter
In the Keg: Root Beer
In the Carboy: Belgian Ale
In the Works: American Bitter

Looks pretty good. I would probably cut back your hops a little. I would probably go as far as cutting back all of your 1oz. additions to 1/2 oz. Otherwise you are going to end up with a real in your face hop flavor and aroma. As it sits now you are looking at 35 IBU's. And maybe that's what your shooting for.

You could probably eliminate the aroma additions all together. American Wheats have low bitterness and aroma.

Agreed with all. I made an APA with Centennial and it really has a sharp bitterness to it that caught me off guard. I'm too lazy to put this in BeerSmith... how many IBUs?

I'm too lazy too but I eyeball it at about 27IBU. I'm sure now that you have a wild-ass guess to work with some industrial Felix Unger type will now come along and give you the real number!
