Your beer might just have more body than any beer you ever had. You just might want to add a lb of carapils to every beer you brew from now on, regardless of style. You might be more happy than ever before. Or...not.

I relaxed and it has finally gotten down to 1.016 from 1.062 and it is not too bad dry hopped today bottling next wednesday probably so not a total disaster after all

You'll probably get great HEAD from all that carapils. Hopefully it's not too sweet and cloying. Next time make sure your grains are the right amount b4 you start brewing. Tell the guy at the shop what you want. Other than that, sounds like a good recipe. Let us know next week how it come out.

If there were a homebrew shop within 75 miles I would tell someone what I want until that miracle occurs I will have to pick up the correct bag of grain...someone had been drinking on brew evening he is such a naughty boy

Update: drying up nicely may turn out to be a good beer but I'll let you know the plan is to bottle this weekend if I have not gotten a gravity decrease
