New guy from Kansas City

Thu Mar 06, 2008 1:40 pm

Hello from KC!

I've been a regular listener for a few months now to all the shows the BN pinches-off periodically, and I'm completely addicted.

I'm a relatively new brewer - currently working on my 4th batch, which I brewed using the BIAB technique referenced in the all-grain section. Fun as all hell, and I'll be posting over there about my experience with it soon.

Also thinking about joining some sort of homebrewing club in the KC area if I can find one. Any KC folks out there?

Well, if that's not a back-handed compliment, I'm not sure what is...

Welcome to the madness!

Hehe, yeah, I know I know... I should make my avatar a grain of salt, because one should be taken with all my posts. I heart the BN, honest!

The KC Biermeisters are an excellent club. They run a great competition each year. Be sure to check them out. http://www.kcbiermeisters.org/
