I like Alternative Beverage (aka Homebrew Adventures). I use Alexander's extract and the price they have on cans is great. I also like Pride of Ringwood hops which can be hard to find elsewhere.

Alternative Beverage (not a sponsor) 4# Alexander's: $13.75 + $10.94 shipping.

Northern Brewer (sponsor) 4# Alexander's: $13.50 + $7.99 shipping.

More Beer (sponsor) 4# Light Domestic (fresher than Alexander's) $9.60 + $9.19 shipping (free shipping over $59.00).

Like BrewTa2 pointed out... some places are sponsors of the BN. I used to order a good bit from AustinHomeBrew and they've got a ton of kits and clone recipes - I don't think they're spot on, but they aren't bad recipes. But... I've been trying to order from MoreBeer lately because of them sponsoring the BN - and, if they've got what you're looking for, more times than not, it's going to be cheaper than most places. And the Free Shipping on most things over $59 is killer!! Makes it easy to put together a big order.

Scratch my comment on the good price on Alexander's from Alternative Beverage. Looks like they raised the price in the past month or so (since my last order). It used to be about $10.69 for a can, and shipping was reasonable for me because I'm nearby (VA). With their sudden price increase of $3 I'll likely go elsewhere, like the LBHS near my parent's house in MD.

for buying extract, you are best to buy from morebeer. because they have a large volume of customers, their extract is "fresher" than the canned stuff. But if you want hops from them, you may have to sell them one of your kidneys.

I am with most everyone here. I order from More Beer, Midwest, and Norther Brewer. Occasionally from Austin Homebrew and Williams but normally from the three listed. They are basically my virtual LHBS. The closest comprehensive LHBS is 5 hours from me in Houston (DeFalco's) but I do make the drive when I buy grains just to get out of the house and make a day trip.
