Admittance is the first step. Step 2 strait from the book, "Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity. "

You asked!

Oh, yeah. We're cool. As cool as my 10 gallons of Steam Beer - cold aging at 40. Is that Rye Pale done or did you just brew it?

We've always been cool, just sayin' I'm down with the asshole in everyone as long as they can adhere to the code.

So what's your experience in brewing anyway? Where ya from? Ya know, all the Q & A stuff!

i've been brewing for a little over three years. I just upgraded to all grain with last year's tax return  . I also put in a kegerator/tap system in my basement. I live in the east, hence the basement. Ever since i started doing all grain my beers have rocked. I won a best of show last year with a robust porter. All that win did was inflate my ego, and now i wanna win more. I like belgian style beers the most. But, with my new competitive edge have been brewing a bunch of easy drinking stylistic "session beers".

i am a research scientist (geek alert). my wife is a third year medical student (double geek...nah she's cool, i mean she puts up with me and all). I live in buffalo ny for now. Although its cold as hell i walk around in my underwear, well when my wife's not home i wear hers. but don't we all?

i have been listening to 2-3 TBN achives a day for the last ten days. I think i'm going crazy. I even dream about the show....i better take some time off before i slip off the back porch if ya know what i mean.

Just make sure that back porch is properly attached to the ceiling and you shouldn't have a problem.

Don't you really appreciate the basement this time of year? I'm pumping out lagers like a madman.
