Welcome! The LHBS is a great resource, but it never hurts to ask on the forum too. There's usually more than one way to do something when it comes to brewing, so you can get a couple ideas and decide what works best for you.

You may live on the edge of nowhere, but Speed (out there in the western end of Nebraska) does live in the middle of nowhere. All you can see from there is the curvature of the earth. On top of that there are few trees to block the view in any direction.
