i've brewed an esb, a wit, a steam beer and a few other recipes. This weekend wil be my first brew thats not a clone or copied recipe. I'll be brewing a pale ale with minor grain bill changes from a recipe and i'll substitute amarillo hops for the unavailable cascade. Not quite my on recipe, but enough change to maybe justify giving it a name.
