Nice rig there. Your problem with posting was the forum software. You have to have a certain minimum number of posts before you are allowed to post pictures. This is a built in safeguard against spammers and trolls.

Merry Christmas!

I'm also positive that a BREW BORG is going to be constructed and then no one is going to be able to get any hops or grain at their local LBS....

Your all BASTARDS!!!! but I might be asking some questions in the future....

Hey, just a little advice. Most of those probe type thermometer stop working if the cable gets wet. I see yours in in the sink there. I've got two that are stuck on a temp and won't change now after they got wet in my mash tun. One says 78f and the other is stuck on 154f even though they are both in my 60f basement.

I can attest to that. I had one that told me that the ice water I was using was 138F. Had to replace it and shrink tube and caulk the new one. Now I still treat it as though it's fragile, just have a bit of insurance now.

Mine does that every once in awhile, I just stick it in the oven, crank it up, and let it set in there for about 15 min. seems to "cook" anything out of the probe that might be causing the problem. Or next time your cooking something, just dangle the probe in there....what can it hurt??

Sorry, just had a Unicorn and rainbow moment. Damn I almost laughed out loud about this one. Sorry. Good suggestion though.
