Great Beer Experience

Fri Jan 20, 2006 5:48 pm

I'm having the most awesome beer experience right now. I'm sitting in O'Brien's pub in San Diego, listening to the Sunday show archives, enjoying lots of great hard to find beers, served right.

It doesn't get much better....
I hope my post helped in some way. If not, please feel free to contact me.

What OZ says, X 10! Does OZ realize that O'briens is one of the top beer bars in the US? Run by Tom Nickel (owner) a former brewer. I am totaly jealous.

WAIT......
What I was going to type was:
'Jamil, you should be trying to get Tom to be a guest on thes show.'
but what just occured to me:
'Is Tom playing TBN in the pub?' (that would be soooooo cool)

From Kasteelfreak on Ratebeer, hey anyone who is a fan of Kasteel must be right.

My favorite in San Diego. Mostly hoppy local brews. Sometimes they have beers on tap that you will rarely find anywhere else such as Cask Speedway, Lou Pepe Framboise, and Cuvee de Tomme. Bottle selection is nice, but sometimes a little overpriced. Service and food are above average. Crowd is strange. There’s a lot of older guys that perv on the waitresses. I love the chairs, and the ability to sit there by myself, feel comfortable and not be bothered. There’s no problems bringing the kids in the afternoon or early evening.

I guess jamilz is a regular.

Yeah, O'Briens is cool, only been there once like two years ago. Jamil is just rubbing this in, too. What a jerk! :) Enjoy, my friend.

I thought Jamil would be listening to himself on the Monday show. "Damn I sound sexy." :)
