man, although i am technically a hoosier, i grew up a UK wildcat fan so i flinch whenever i hear that horrid word... anyway, i just discovered the BN about a month ago after 2-3 years of brewing. i bet i learned a good years worth of info in that time. hopefully the forum will add to that knowledge base. i got a lot to learn...

actually, it should be "reformed chronic underpitcher" because i now make up huge starters (got to love that 4000 ml ehrlenmeyer), but that just sounded too long...

my big project now is a temperature controlled fermenting room. i got the yeast, now i just have to keep it happy.

Welcome to the BN Forums. If you are an underpitcher, just find an undercatcher and you should be fine.
