I made some upgrades to my system over the last couple months. I built a control panel and also added a float switch to the MT to control the sparge level.

I don't have the parts list handy but here is the schematic.

I changed the 240v relays to mechanical relays to make it easier to switch both legs of power. The SSR's only switched one side which kept 120v live and I didn't feel safe with that.

Looks great but, $10 bucks say that your insurance denies your claim when you burn down the place. If your missing that magic little UL sticker they act like it's a get out of jail free card!
