Awesome. My grandparents had the 1st house in Southern Shores, and I went to the OBX for every year since my mom was pregnant with me. My grandparents house is still around, 1 story, unassuming, and nothing like the new places.

Now that I'm living in Colorado, I dont go as often as I would like too
