Hey guys,
I've made a post here and there but figured I'd introduce myself. I've brewed all by my lonesome here in South Tn for the past few years.I haven't really been that hardcore though. I've probably done only around 10 batches or so. I'm set up for small all-grain batches but do extract and partial mash here and there.
Listening to the shows over the past few months has really got me pumped and back into brewing. I've picked up some new equipment and am scheduled to do 3 more batches in the next few weeks alone. Even contemplating entering a few into competitions to get feed-back from people other than my few friends and girlfriend.
Thanks to everybody who contributes and especially those that put in the work to make this great show!
Hope to be around to chat/bullshit on the forums more.
