Hey all,
I have an all grain stout finishing up at around 1.021, 10.5% abv. It's been awhile since I have bottled carbonated a beer.
Should I bottle using the Blichman Beergun or maybe add sugar and some champagne yeast? I not looking for high carbonation, but I do want to squirrel some of these away to last for next year. Any pros or cons between beer gun vs. carbing ion the bottle?
