I agree, I had the opportunity to use a 50/50 digital/mail subscription option, but chose this one instead. Now, I don't have any subscription.

I got a bit of a reply from magazineoutlet.com today that said they're looking into it.

They have no possible excuse. They made the offer, THEN LOWERED IT. When I accepted it in good faith and paid and they took my money, I expected the subscription.

Still no response at all from BYO. This could get ugly.
