New to BN in Ohio

Fri Nov 16, 2012 5:42 pm

I just signed up for the forum here. I'm not big on forums, but I have been enjoying the BN a lot lately.

I am in Northeastern Ohio, and I attempt to brew all grain. I have had some good batches, and I have had a few bad ones. At the moment, I am working on improving my technique and system through: yeast pitch rate, fermentation control, sanitization, and chilling. I am in the planning process of building my fermentation chamber/bar. I hope to learn some from this forum, and if I can help, I will contribute.

I-O!

Thanks for the nice welcomes. This forum seems way less uptight than others, so I think I'll fit right in. I have yet to get one of those DOTW medals. I'm usually sound asleep by that point in the session since I'm on EST.

I-O! Yes, not very uptight around here. What other forums have :unicornrainbow: and :nutters: icons? What part of NEOH you from? Met some guys from the Akron club last weekend, good dudes.
