You cali guys are lucky, you can't throw a stein without hitting a good brew function. It's a bit tougher here where I am, though it's tough for me to get arond now anyway!
Compared to twenty or thirty years ago, the access to good beer and good info is awe inspiring. It seems though that some, in this day and time, think that they, and their needs should be catered to, that they are owed this, that or the other.
It takes work to brew good beer, and took work and money to give us the BN. Because of all the time put in by the crew, and those who donate the quality of homebrew beer has vastly improved.
I also think the community is fantastic, really more of a brotherhood.
I guess what I am getting at is that we should be grateful both for the BN and for constructive criticism alike. THey have gotten us where we are!
