Local paper interviewed me...

I was misquoted a bit, and some of it is kind of out of context, but it's good for the most part.

Nice! Next time see if you can work in a quote like, "Poor sanitation can introduce bacteria and wild yeast. Managing them is like trying to wrestle with unicorns and rainbows." :unicornrainbow:

Typical. A story about homebrewing and the paper runs a picture of somebody pouring a Stella Artois.

Thanks guys, they are doing beer stories in the papers and local news leading up to Gulf Brew this weekend, it's a beer festival that showcases craft beer and our homebrew club. He said he'd have a pic of me, or my beer but I guess the Stella Artois was more photogenic :?

The 99.9% germs thing, I was trying to explain that we sanitize, not sterilize, it's weird what they latch onto during a 2 hr. interview.

He also took some video, I wasn't really expecting him to post this, but whatever. He seemed intent on finding which one of my beers was the most liked, or "famous"

I literally got a call 5 mins. ago from another reporter, I'll let ya'll know where this one goes...
