Hi there everyone,

I am an American living in Finland. New to brewing having only made one batch. But am having a great time drinking it. Been cruising around the interwebs looking for as much information on brewing as I can, and there is a whole lot out there. Listened to the latest podcast and really got a kick out of it.

How are the suds, in Finland?

Being a Bud Light drinker upon moving over here 5 years ago, I had to get used to a stronger beer. Not so much alcohol content but a stronger flavor-wise pint. Now when I head back state side and have a Bud it tastes like water.

I like the Finnish beer (then again I don't believe I have ever turned a beer away), but at €20 a case it is a bit pricey. Don't know why I didn't start home-brewing much, much sooner.
