I was wondering if any of the homebrew shops out there might be willing to let me pick their brain a lil bit. My wife and I are looking to open a BOP with an attached homebrew shop. We have some questions that we can't seem to find the answers too. We would really appreciate any info or guidance that you would offer. If you are willing just send me a PM. We will be doing this in Va. Also if anyone out there has any concept layout for a BOP. Type of kettles and how they are fired, etc? Thanks for the input. Cheers!!
