Pomegranate

I was thinking about brewing a Pomegranate lager in the next month so it'll be ready towards the end of winter, but can't find any good recipes. I found someone saying they used Alton Brown's pomegranate molasses recipe (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/pomegranate-syrup-or-molasses-recipe/index.html) and kind of brewed extract-ish. Thoughts?

The Fort Collins Brewery makes Major Tom's Pomegranate Wheat. I don't know if there are any recipes, or if you wanna send them a quick email, but that might be a place to start.
Fermenting: English Mild
Conditioning: Wild Pumpkin
Drinking: Funky Saison
