Amish Land Checking In

Sat Dec 03, 2011 12:14 pm

I have only been brewing for a little over 2 years in Lancaster, PA. There is tons great information on here that has made every home brew that much better. I decided it was finally time to register. I mostly do all grain / keg these days but still do the occasional quick fix extract / specialty grains.
Right now I have a mead that is 3 months in the making and an Imperial IPA that I will be moving to the secondary tonight.
