Bottled my berry stout
Bottled my North English Brown
Racked my barley wine to secondary and stashed it in the basement
Dry-hopped some amarillo in my APA
Made 2 starters, 1056 and 1084, for my double brew day coming up on Sunday
4 empty fermenters. Shame on me!

Punched out a batch of Southern English Brown in 3hrs and 20mins last night straight after work. Electric HLT on the timer was up to temp when I got home.

Very similar to Jamil's SEB recipe.

Brewing a classic Roggenbier with a single decotion that turned into a double decotion to get the mash temp up. 51 % Rye malt and the wort looks a bit cloudier than usual.
