Almost ready to chill and pitch an APA. This is the second runnings from the partigyle i did the other day. Time was running short and I have several ice bottles in the freezer down stairs, to keep it full. Got my volume and threw in the ice bottles and chilled it.
I fired it up this morning and added a bit of dme. Magnum, Palisade, and Amarillo in this sucker.
Jesus! I forgot how nice it was to be a student.

I'm mashing in my Bourbon Oak Stout. Was hoping to have gotten some feedback on using some of my homegrown Cascade and or Amarillo pellets late addition, but no real response on that. I remember Tasty saying that Vinnie (I think it was ) said that C-hops clash with roasted grains when used like that, and he agreed. I may just leave them out then. Unless someone convinces me it's ok in the next hour or so.

Didnt brew, but...
Bottled my berry stout
Bottled my North English Brown
Racked my barley wine to secondary and stashed it in the basement
Dry-hopped some amarillo in my APA
Made 2 starters, 1056 and 1084, for my double brew day coming up on Sunday
4 empty fermenters. Shame on me!
