I appreciate the comment from Ed and I will continue to order from the Brewmasters Warehouse. I love the service they provide and support they give the BN.

Agreed. More than anything I appreciate the honest, straightforward approach they take when responding to my inquiries. It's not the normal long-winded, flowery "Oh you're so valuable to us, we'd do anything for you," nothing-but-fluff response given by customer service types; it's honest, it's blunt, and it's clear. That tells me they value me enough to make sure I get a quick answer that is easy to understand. And I like that.

I agree. If you are getting fucked by a malt supplier let me know. Maybe I need to, GOD FORBID!, plan more than week ahead. I ordered again yesterday and it shipped today. Thanx Ed.

I've been very impressed with the customwr service from these guys. I had a Activator pack of Oktoberfest Blend that was completely dead. Day and a half in 1.038 starter wort on a stir plate and the gravity was still 1.038. Called them today and they looked up my order which was from the endo of April and said they would ship me out new yeast with ice packs to keep it cool. No questions asked the product was replaced.
