Were you referring to my post? If so, it was a simple recipe. For a 5.5 gallon batch size I used 4.5# Maris Otter, 5# wheat malt, 7 oz of Carawheat (just threw it in for grins since I had it laying around) and 4 oz of acid malt (for ph).
Single hop addition at 60 minutes of Northern Brewer to give 13.1 IBU. 1 oz of fresh ground corriander and 1/2 oz of sweet orange peel at knockout.

Smelled great going into fermenter. Will keg it later this week and let you know how it tastes.

If you weren't referring to my post, just forget you saw this post. :)

brewing a hopped up american wheat, 50% 2-row, 45% wheat, 5% carahell and a little aciduated malt for ph. got a mini-bale of whole cascade hops from local brewery for free so fwh, big 15min addition and 1min addition with that.

Imperial IPA with Ironman's hops. Broke a 6.5G carbouy. Now, big believer in better bottles.

Mmmm. Might have to visit Illinois.

I am not brewing. I have five kegs in the fridge, it's hot, and we are almost in Stage 5 water restrictions here.
