Just got done with the northern brewer irish red extract kit. Was nice haveing 5 gallons in 2 hrs instead of 6. In my ten gallon keg in the ferment fridge chilling now with the starter of dennys fav 50 from wyeast waiting beside the fermenter will pitch wen it gets cooled down to 60 from 75.
