Up early here and already going on an amber ale, based on a posting I found here at least claiming to be Tasty's recipe. Mashing as I type. Lots of late hopping on this one. Of course, the recipe was for 12 gallons, and I bought twice as many hops as needed due to lack of intelligence. Looks like I'll be brewing another Cascade/Centennial within the next few weeks!

8.75# Belgian Pilsner malt, about 2.75 cane sugar (couldn't find beet), and 2 oz Czech Saaz. (80% eff). If I get the temps right and the beer attenuates fully it could be a good one! Around here Duvel goes for about 15 bucks a 4 pack and I bet that this will cost me under .50 cents a beer! Ahhhh...deception in smooth strength!

HLT @ 170, Strike @ 100. Basic APA recipe for 11g (gotta turn it up to 11!) and a big ass starter of Wyeast Kolsh (2nd gen that's been sitting in the fridge for a few months). Everything's done & ready to go, so just jamming to some Rage Against the Machine. Gonna be a good day. :pop
