I think it's pasteurized.

It is pasteurized and back-sweetened with saccharine at packaging as I understand. So no viable dregs. Go look for a Jolly Pumpkin!

My local beer guys don't carry Jolly Pumpkin, but I went in and talked with him and he's going to order a case for me. What should I ask for?

All of them. Particularly Bam Biere, La Roja and Biere de Mars.
