Refreshing it could still serve from your browser's cache. Try clearing the cache and then trying. Perhaps a query string cache buster would work too. (http://www.morebeer.com?s=3)

When I use your link, it does come up "File not found' but when I delete all of the URL characters except the the http://www.morebeer.com, it comes up fine.

I could be wrong, but I think all browsers pull from the same temp/cache directory on your company. Clearing it in one browser should clear it for all others.
